Goodbye spring, and hello summer!
Between the bright, sunfilled days and the sweltering heat in my top floor apartment with no airflow, it's time to start dressing for the heat. And in that spirit, I'd like to share with you a few different outfits based upon one of my favorite warm weather garments: the city short!
